Byu Hills, a luxury new construction project in the Costa del Sol, wanted to communicate privacy and tranquility in a dream location with the best amenities.
Byu Hills is a luxurious new construction project made of 24 apartments in Benahavís (Costa del Sol), kept it small-scaled to offer maximum privacy and tranquility. Besides promoting the apartments, their intention was to communicate an experience based on the common areas, chosen materials, the impressive views, and the lifestyle related to luxury and well-being.
In ElephantPink we decided to create a website using photos, 3D infographics and videos that would convey those feelings of privacy and comfort to take customers to a place full of luxury and security.
With an editing that combines panoramic movements, we created a showroom video of the spaces each home has. Our intention was to reveal the conscious choices made when building and designing the home interiors. Through the video, it is shown how Byu Hills is made up of luxury spaces, designed to the last detail for the client’s comfort and enjoyment.
The project dossier is a gateway to the Byu Hills lifestyle. Through various descriptions and images about the gastronomic and social offerings on the Costa del Sol, the facilities of the location and the details of each apartment, a story is created about the Byu Hills experience, where comfort and innovation prevail. The simple design of the dossier was created so visuals prevail, especially 3D renders.
Web & CRM
In order to collect leads, Byu Hills website presents various types of forms that collect customer data. All this information is managed from an administrator, whose main function is that of a microCRM: collecting and organizing contact data with maximum protection. In addition, the website has a private area where agents have access to messages, blueprints and the project dossier.
The biggest challenge we encountered with this project was conveying that exclusive and sophisticated essence of the estate while the construction process began: we had to think about how to share Byu Hills values through photographs of the development, and the showreel. Thanks to 3D renders, we were able to increase this catalog of images and videos to convey the nature of the project and effectively reach the target audience.
