Content Creator (Photo + Video)

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning, shooting and editing visual content — photography and video — for digital campaigns, social media, activations and clients.
2. Producing reels, stories and vertical formats adapted to social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
3. Creating audiovisual content for brands, combining aesthetic judgement, visual storytelling and a results-oriented approach.
4. Conducting product, lifestyle, portrait, spaces and interiors photoshoots, both in studio and on location.
5. Filming and producing drone content, including aerial footage for campaigns, events, venues, experiences and promotional pieces.
6. Professional photo and video editing, ensuring visual consistency, technical quality and alignment with each brand’s identity.
7. Using artificial intelligence tools to support ideation, visual creation, retouching, editing, image enhancement, format adaptation and creative content optimisation.
8. Participating in creative processes with the strategy, design and account teams to develop visual concepts.
9. Covering events, promotional actions and on-site shoots for brands in sectors such as tourism, luxury, gastronomy, lifestyle, real estate and entertainment.
10. Identifying visual trends, emerging formats and creative opportunities for social media.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a content creator, photographer, videographer or audiovisual profile, preferably in creative agencies, production companies, communication studios or brand environments.
2. Strong technical command of professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting and basic audio.
3. Advanced level in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
4. Proven experience creating content for social media, especially vertical formats and high-impact visual pieces.
5. Advanced knowledge of social media formats, trends and storytelling codes for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
6. Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to content creation, visual editing, image generation, retouching, moodboards, prompts and creative optimisation.
7. Experience filming with drones and basic knowledge of aerial shot planning, framing, safety and visual composition.
8. Ability to develop visual pieces adapted to different styles, brands, audiences and platforms.
9. Strong organisational skills, commitment to deadlines, autonomy and a problem-solving mindset.
10. Creativity, results orientation and attention to detail.
11. Desirable: drone pilot licence or certification.
12. Desirable: knowledge of After Effects and/or motion graphics.
13. Desirable: experience in photography and video for sectors such as luxury, tourism, gastronomy, lifestyle, hotels, beach clubs, real estate or premium brands.
