At ElephantPink, we are looking for an AI Implementation Specialist capable of leading the integration of artificial intelligence and automated workflows within the agency. This role requires a strategic and technically skilled professional who can identify opportunities, design internal tools, and implement scalable systems that enhance efficiency across our creative, social media, and production teams.

As an ambassador of our culture and values, you will play a key role in promoting technological transformation inside the studio.


You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, propose innovative solutions, optimise processes, and develop AI-driven capabilities that strengthen ElephantPink’s positioning. If you enjoy building smart systems and pushing the boundaries of creativity through technology, this role is for you.

Requirements

AI & Automation Responsibilities


  1. Design and implement automated workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
  2. Analyse internal processes and develop scalable automation solutions for different departments.
  3. Build internal AI assistants to support content creation, reporting, design workflows, and project management.
  4. Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, etc.) through APIs for custom internal tools.
  5. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for client and internal AI applications.
  6. Collaborate with creative, production, social media, and account teams to detect optimisation opportunities.
  7. Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies for continuous improvement.
  8. Implement AI solutions for clients when needed: chatbots, recommendation tools, predictive analysis, data classification, etc.


Technical & Organisational Requirements


  1. Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar).
  2. Experience with generative AI (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.).
  3. Understanding of API integration and system connectivity.
  4. Basic programming skills (Python is a plus, not mandatory).
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  6. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
  7. Preferred experience in digital agencies, production studios, or tech-driven environments.
  8. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  9. Proactive, innovative, and self-driven attitude.
  10. Fluency in English and Spanish (Essential).
